Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Youtobe, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Manage all social media channels, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall business goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy.
Monitor social media analytics and track key performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and strengthen our brand presence on social media.
Stay informed about industry news, competitor activities, and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Provide regular reports and insights to management on social media performance, trends, and opportunities.
Preferred candidate profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing social media accounts and driving business results
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
