Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Having proven specializing in SEO, SMO, website management, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and WhatsApp marketing.
Provide direction, motivation, and training to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
Oversee the planning, development, and execution of all digital marketing initiatives including SEO, website management, Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media strategies, and WhatsApp marketing.
Design and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals to enhance brand presence and engagement.
SEO and Website Management:
Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
Manage the development and maintenance of the company website to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Advertising and Campaign Management:
Lead the planning and execution of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns.
Manage influencer marketing campaigns to create awareness and virality for strategic initiatives.
Collaborative Marketing:
Collaborate closely with OTT platforms and media agencies for co-marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Expand organic brand notability through media coverage and participation in CSR events.
E-commerce Management:
Lead e-commerce teams focusing on sales growth, inventory management, and vendor relations.
Oversee revenue generation from online sales and manage P&L reports to ensure financial goals are met.
CRM and Loyalty Programs:
Oversee the planning, development, and execution of Service CRM, Sales Reporting, and Loyalty App initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Vendor Management:
Identify and develop vendors while evaluating their performance metrics.
Ensure smooth operations and optimal project outcomes through effective vendor management and negotiations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
In-depth knowledge of SEO, SMO, digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads), and social media strategies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, sales growth strategies, and P&L management.
Experience with CRM and loyalty programs will be a add-on.
Ability to collaborate effectively with media agencies and external partners.
